Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Including all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or receipt

Note on Intimates & Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Intimates & Pyjamas and Swimwear unless the items are defective. Please choose these items carefully.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Customer Happiness Team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our Atlanta facility using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
